I came across this news article about London testing out a 4-day workweek. “After the pandemic, people want a work-life balance” is what Joe Ryle, the campaign director of London’s new campaign, said in an interview.
It sounds like a healthy idea to shorten the work week, on the other hand, for the workers that are jammed packed with deadlines, would it stress you out even more that you’re cramming the same amount of work in 4 days? Tough Call!
What’s your take on the 4-Day workweek?
