With the numbers rising again and a return to masking up for the Delta variant – it may seem like you’re on a never-ending rollercoaster. Coronavirus is still around. Here’s a quick reminder on how to manage anxiety right now and to remind yourself of what you can control and how to reduce stress. While the unrelenting media coverage may make it seem like coronavirus is omnipresent in our lives, we should try to keep things in perspective.
