Description: Join us for a session lead by Aarti Khatter (P&W), Jordan Conway (P&W), Rebekah Gandy (G), and Khoi Hoang (G), panelists from the Diversity & Inclusion Committees at Perkins & Will and Gensler. They will talk about their company DE&I programs and will discuss how the design industry is becoming more diverse and why it’s important.
Learning Objectives: During the session, attendees will learn about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs in the design industry, what internal and external efforts to support this look like, and what best practices are for creating a DE&I program in their own organization. The session will include introductions and Q&A led by SDA Dallas.
