Description: Join us for a session lead by David Cicotte, Esq, a licensed attorney with seven years experience in the legal industry. David is currently licensed in Texas, New York, and New Jersey.

Learning Objectives: During the session, attendees will learn practical information on the most essential parts of a business contract, how this translates to risk for your company, and how you can assist in mitigating this risk when drafting basic contracts. The session will include a short presentation, followed by Q&A with our speaker, David Cicotte, Esq.
