Description: Self-care is not selfish. Over the past year, we’ve all had to adjust to lock down and now we’re going to need to manage how we come out of it. Some people will be raring to go but others may be reluctant to step back into a physical office. On top of this we will still be managing our lives outside of work.

Join us for a session lead by Elizabeth Martin, LCSW LCDC a Psychotherapist who helps people make real change in their lives everyday. Learn more about Elizabeth by following her on Instagram or Facebook or in her recent interview with Voyage Dallas: http://voyagedallas.com/interview/exploring-life-business-elizabeth-martin-elizabeth-martin-msw-lcsw-lcdc-repetition-results-llc/

Learning Objectives: During the session, attendees will learn practical ways that you as an individual and your team as a whole can manage this transition and the measures you can put in place to support yourself and those around you. The session will include a short presentation, followed by Q&A with our licensed professional, Elizabeth Martin, LCSW LCDC.
