7 Reasons Why Traditions Are So Important

Reflecting on our Presidential Inauguration, the topic of traditions came to mind.

Many of us during our conversion to a virtual world were wondering how to keep up with company (and even our family) traditions over the holiday and other special events.

We often have discussions on company culture as well. It makes me realize how important even the smallest of traditions can have a comforting and bonding impact.
