How to Stop Saying, “Um, Ah, and You Know”

Um…Ah…Like…So…..I am very guilty of using these crutch words when speaking and have vowed to stop leaning on them. The following article explains how these crutch words can jeopardize a speaker’s impact and how we can eliminate them from our vocabulary.
