Communication – A Key Ingredient

Everyone wants to be heard. Everyone wants to have a positive, engaging conversation. Unfortunately, due to our increasing distractions and decreasing role models of a good talk, effective communication (the in person, one-on-one type!) continues to be a challenge in our daily interactions.

Staying engaged and practicing effective listening skills can make the difference between an unfulfilling (“I got no where!” feeling) and a satisfied, productive conversation (“All right! That Lessons Learned meeting went great!”).
